THE BRIEF
Shopping and negotiating for a new vehicle can be an overwhelming and painstaking task. Currently, there are online auto sites that provide buyers with education and customer service which simplify this process. However, it is still something that a consumer likely does individually. Carflock’s focus is to connect people looking to buy similar cars, within the same city, and let them negotiate and shop together. This is a unique value-added benefit to the consumer and is what distinguishes Carflock from competition.
THE PROCESS

Tools: Sketch, Invision, voice memo, pencil, pen, paper, Google survey, and excel.
THE PROBLEM
Data from previous testing showed that users did not understand some of the copy, users miss various call to action buttons, and users misunderstand some visual aids that show how Carflock provides value. My role in this project is to conduct user testing, collect and analyze qualitative data, present findings and contribute to the design iteration of these features.
Project is current and ongoing and is protected by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
